Bum for a while...

Last night was suppose to be my first day in grave yard shift. My dad dropped me at our Main office building because I need to have my documents signed by one of our HR personnels. Afterwards, I went straight to our Annex building (where our account is located) to report officially to my manager and make sure everything is up and well...My new team's the opening shift kasi. I'm glad that my new agents are kind and cooperative. So far, no negative impression yet as I have only been with them for a couple of hours-4 hours to be exact. I hope their kabaitan will continue.

4 hours of work. That's all I spent last night in our office. Why? My manager let me go to our clinic and have our company nurse checked me if I'm already fit to work. Honestly, I'm still not feeling well. I still feel some chest pains every time I cough. And I am right. Our nurse said I'm not yet fit to work...I was sent home.

This morning, I went to my doctor to have me checked again. I asked my mom to help me because I'm feeling nervous whenever I visit a doctor. My doctor said I needed to take a lot of rest for a while because my sickness reoccurred otherwise I'll get confined at the hospital again. In my mind---Oh my gawd, not in the hospital! I don't want any injections anymore! All I did is to follow his advise. He changed some of my medicines and advised me to have another 2 weeks rest. He said that I won't regain my strength until I get some rest---specially my schedule now is grave yard and the medicines I'm taking makes me drowsy and groggy.

Now, I'm a bum for a while. No salary this month. Hayayay. I need to arrange my papers still for me to get something from my SSS.
