I just so love fresh cherries! And when I say fresh, I mean freshly picked from the tree. No, we don't have cherry tree but my aunt who just arrived from Australia hand picked the cherries herself before they went home to PI.
The taste of fresh cherries are way so different compared to the canned and preserved ones. The preserves cherries more tastes like cherry-medicine flavor. Well, maybe, when the fruit cherry is processed, it changes its flavor.
