Usually, we spend our Sundays at the mall or in a restaurant with my family-that includes my Lola, aunts, uncles and cousins. This one's indeed a different one.
Since my Tita Caren and Tito Litos migrated to Australia last Thursday, the whole family's still in melancholy stage. It's not that we don't want them to go but it's the thought that we missed them. Their two sons are gonna stay with us---that means I will have two instant brothers. Weehee!
I am just concerned about my Mommy Zette who's still contemplating about my aunt's departure. Maybe she's not used to her siblings being far away from her. Well, that's life. We part ways but we see to it that in the end, we always have each other.
Now, it's just my mom and my Mommy Zette's whose going to be left here in the Philippines. Soon, my other tita will be migrating too. Sunday's won't be the same as before. Just like now, instead of our usual Sunday gathering, we're going to visit my Mommy Zette at the hospital. She got confined the other night. I hope she's feeling better now.
