I cried last night at work...
I'm handling a new team now that I am again in the grave yard shift. This is my third to handle a new team. My new agents are nice and friendly. I may say, I don't have any problems with them regarding their attitude (so far) but not with their sales conversion.
I want to help them but I don't know where to start. I, myself am not familiar with the new campaign I am handling now. Just like last night, for the first hour of our shift, I already had 4 supervisory calls--- I am a little bit nervous while providing information to the caller because I am not that familiar with the FAQs. Good thing, those callers are not irate or something.
What made me cry is that whenever my agents asks something from me like a concern or question regarding their customer's information, I always am not sure of what to say-which should not be as their leader.
I wish I could easily cope up with my new agents and campaign I am handling...
