That's what I felt the last time we had our surprised visit with our client (an Indian and a Filipina) 4 days ago.

Our clients cannot believe that we are exceeding their expectations and beating up ahead our co-vendors in our account. What they did is checked what we are doing as how we are coming up with high sales conversion.

You see, they are not happy for us whenever we have high sales conversion...what more if we have low sales rate? No satisfaction at all. They can't take the fact we beated our co-vendor in India which they always brag about whenever they have high sales conversion than us.

Well, it's no surprise to us because one of our client's brother is I think a part owner of the call center in India in which we have the same account.

    to beat Filipinos they should work hard...and they should be happy with your outputs...Keep up the good work sis you make me even proud of being a Filipino....

    napaka toxic tlg sa call center noh...hayaan mo sila, well that is crab mentality...they envy you when you are at your best and kick your ass more when you are down...so better still do not mind them at all and continue being the BEST...Way to go sis, tira tira
